REFUNDS

 Team Cancellations:


  • In line with our 'Covid Policy' and if the event needs to be cancelled due to rules and regulations that are applicable when the event is due to take place on September 17th 2022 there will be 2 options as outlined below.


  • Option 1: Your team entry will be rolled on to a date when the revised event is deemed safe to take place.


  • Option 2: Your team entry fee will be refunded in full. 


  • Please note that these 2 options are applicable if the event is cancelled on  OUR  terns according to current guidance, rules and regulations at or near the time the event is due. 


  • If the event takes place as planned and the cancellations are on  YOUR  terms we will adhere to the following refund policy as has been the case in previous years:


  • If a team has entered and should should wish to withdraw of its own accord (so not as a result of Covid factors) before July 31st 2022, a 90% refund will be issued ( the remaining 10% taken as an admin fee).


  • If a team has entered and should should wish to withdraw of its own accord (so not as a result of Covid factors) before August 31st 2022, a 50% refund will be issued. 


  • There will be no refunds after midnight September 1st as the boats, medals etc must be booked and paid for in advance. However, If an individual(s) cannot make the event then it is acceptable to muster a replacement(s) to allow the team to take part on the day. Please note that teams must consist of 4 people. Whilst we will do our best to point you in the direction of potential team mates the responsibility is  YOURS  to solve before the event.
